In 2013 the federal liberal party broke a promise to early childhood educators and centre directors to fund early childhood education properly. After many years of lobbying, morale was low and it was time for a new approach.

We worked closely with United Voice’s national office and their state branches to develop a new direction which showcased the pride of their members. This campaign emphasised that in all areas of early childhood education – Quality Matters. We achieved this by developing a new brand, before rolling it out across a range of different creative executions . From websites, flyers, online videos, organising tools and onwards

By cutting out the politics and focusing on the emotional truth of the members we were able to fire up a second wind of the campaign, significantly improve member retention and kick-start new membership growth.
